Our approach to gelato
We believe that great gelato starts above all with the ingredients. That's why we choose authentic raw materials and work them with care, without shortcuts: no colorants, no artificial flavors, no preservatives. Fresh fruit, selected nuts, origin chocolates, teas and botanicals become gelatos rich in nuance and intensity. A gelato made for those who truly love flavor.

Fresh, every day
Gelato is like bread: it's at its best when freshly made. That's why we produce small batches every day in our workshop. This way we can work fresh ingredients and keep gelato in its best form: creamy, intense and full of flavor.

Real ingredients, no shortcuts
In our workshop we use no: colorants, artificial flavors, preservatives, hydrogenated vegetable fats. We prefer to work with authentic ingredients, chosen for their aromatic profile and quality. Because the flavor of good gelato comes first of all from what it contains.

Seasonality guides our flavors
Whenever possible we use Italian seasonal fruit, selected for ripeness and quality. This means some flavors appear for only a few weeks a year. But that's exactly what makes every season special.

Milk is not essential
Our base is completely plant-based. A choice that allows us to enhance the flavor of ingredients and achieve a creamy, light texture. A gelato designed to be enjoyed by everyone.
